Roger Koreen, M.D., F.A.A.D. has provided excellent care to over ninety thousand patients of various ages in the past 33 years of his career. After completing extensive training, Dr. Koreen returned to his home town of Huntington and joined the practice of Dr. Erwin Zimmerman. Since his return in 1991, he has maintained the high standards set forth by Dr. Zimmerman in his forty year career. Today, Dr. Koreen is honored to continue this tradition of excellence.
Dr. Koreen completed medical training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. After receiving his degree, he went on to complete his internship program at New York University and Bellevue hospitals. His residency was performed at the renowned Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, and holds membership with the exclusive Alpha Omega honorary medical society. He is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Koreen holds board certification with the American Board of Dermatology, and also holds an active membership with the Medical Society of the State of New York, the Long Island Dermatological Society. He is a staff member at Huntington Hospital.
